God's #4

One of the things I love about living in West Texas is our amazing sunsets, they are hard to beat. At times it seems as if the sky is going to set the whole place aflame. I was fortunate enough to take these first 2 shots right in my front yard.

As we were traveling back home from Pecos, Texas one evening, I was fortunate enough to have had my camera to snap this beauty. I love the way that old shack's silhouette sits there adding a sense of the old pioneer days.

This one was taken in the Davis Mountains.

We may live in the middle-of-no-where in West Texas where some would consider us poor in big city amenities, and we may have to drive a million miles to get to Sonic to buy a cherry limeade and miss every sale Dillards & Penny's has. But when it comes to witnessing first hand God's #4 at its best, well we are way, way above the rest! Anybody can have a mall & catch the best sales while sipping there cherry limeade but not everyone can have a sunset like ours =)! We will trade the small stuff for the BIG stuff any day!

........And God saw that it was good.
